Stairs to mudroom

No more ladders! We can now go through the garage to get into the house!

Outer Door Trim

All the outer doors are trimmed & ready for siding! Got all the locks re-keyed to our existing keys, so they're ready to be installed whenever.

Finished garage floor. Isn't it pretty?!

Final outer door is in!

"Front" Door - There will be a 6x6 landing. Stairs will go to the left along the garage. 

Back Door will have an 8x8 deck. Stairs will go to the right along the garage and land on the grill patio

CEMENT!!!!

Finally the rain has stopped & the concrete guys could come & pour the garage floor, Rob's grill patio & fill the sona tubes for the stair decks. The grills can finally come home form Mike & Cinnamon's garage! (Well - we should wait until the siding gets done . . .)

HVAC Finished!

All the ducts are run, now we spend the weekend cleaning before siding, electrical & gas . ..

Monday or Tuesday - Cement for garage floor, Rob's grill patio and sona tubes filled for stair decks/landings.

Plumbing & HVAC

The rough plumbing is finished & passed inspection. 

HVAC guys are here putting in a hydronic heating system for the addition & a/c ducts for whole house (won't have the a/c unit 'til we get our final payment from the bank). They should be done either tomorrow or Monday, then Plumber comes back to hook everything up.
